It's Easy to Enter:

Kids (up to 12 years old) can enter with parent/guardian permission.

1. Download a blank coloring page to decorate.
2. Once completed, there are 2 ways to submit your entry:
1. Upload and caption your creation on the submission page.
2. Or post your creation to Instagram or Facebook, using the hashtag #pennypanda2023 to automatically enter

Just remember your entry needs to be received by December 19, 2023. The sooner you submit, the more votes you can get! The winning letter will be selected on December 22, 2023!
